Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breath taking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous road 413 (aka. Road to Happiness).
Guest Access
At this time, only street parking is available. There is a reserved spot by the stairs that lead to your apt. If the reserved spot is not suitable to you, there is an extra parking area walking distance from the apt (1 min walk). Street parking may require a bit of adjustment depending on your tolerance level and expectations. However, the peaceful experience in the 15ft ceiling loft, overlooking the mountainside and ocean, is well worth it.
Good to know
Please be mindful that a 20 step staircase, originating at street level, leads to the apt main entrance; Lock box entry. You will notice that a connecting door in the hallway connects our side of the apt with the side we share. It remains locked at all times. You will have full access to your side of our home.
Other Details to Note
To provide clarity on our available amenities, we want to inform our guests that we have a gas water heater for the shower. However, please note that this feature is not available for the sinks in the rest of the house, which is typical for properties in Puerto Rico. Casa Ramé doesn't currently have a power generator. In the unlikely event of a power outage, we invite you to embrace the simplicity of life and disconnect from the world for the few hours it may last.

We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.
